We’re waving late fees.
We will not terminate service to any consumer or small business including mobile and FiOS customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to hardships caused by the coronavirus. For the next 60 days, we will waive late fees for any consumer or small business, including mobile and FiOS customers that may incur because of the economic circumstances related to the coronavirus.

We’re increasing data for students.
As education moves online, we’re increasing data allowances to students in our Verizon Innovative Learning program and contributing $5 million to No Kid Hungry. Because to some students, school is more than a place to learn.

We’re giving $5 million to those on the front lines.
Because first responders are on the front lines of this pandemic, they need all of our support. So in addition to prioritizing access for these workers, we’re contributing $5 million to Direct Relief and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy.
